1. Acceptance of terms

By browsing, accessing, or otherwise using blueprintbroadband.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms at any time; changes are effective upon posting. If you do not agree, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Site. Nothing here modifies any separate written agreement between you and Blueprint Broadband ("Blueprint," "we," "us").

2. Informational purposes; no offer; forward-looking figures

Content on this Site is informational only and is not investment, financial, legal, or other professional advice. It does not constitute an offer, quote, solicitation, or guarantee of results. Any partnership is governed solely by a definitive written agreement.

Calculator outputs and other financial figures are illustrative, forward-looking estimates based on stated assumptions. Actual results depend on factors including community density, construction cost, subscriber adoption, and final deal terms, and may differ materially. Past performance of our team or networks is not indicative of future results. Except as required by law, we undertake no obligation to update figures on the Site.

3. Use of the Site; intellectual property

The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, designs, and calculators) are the property of Blueprint or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Site for evaluating a potential business relationship with Blueprint. No other rights are granted, and we may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice. We may monitor use of the Site and report suspected violations of these terms or of law to regulators or law enforcement.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts. If any provision is found unenforceable, it is severable and the remainder stays in effect; no waiver of one right waives any other.
